Birds of Prey: Iillegally poisoned and trapped by some gamekeepers in the belief that they kill large numbers of gamebirds, were rejected last week. Government wildlife advisers have concluded that overgrazing by sheep and deer on heather moorlands is the key to the sharp decline of grouse.
